Stefano Boeri Interiors debuts at Miami Art Basel with the Buccellati’s exhibition “Galateo. A Journey into Conviviality”, dedicated to rediscovering the centrality of the table as a place of excellence where social relations can be practiced; a celebration of conviviality that puts values such as empathy, kindness and grace back at the centre. The first event took place at the Salone del Mobile in Milan on June 2022. For the occasion, Buccellati opened the doors of its headquarters at 5 Via Brisa, a building designed by iconic Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi in 1919. The exhibition, curated by Federica Sala and with a layout created by the studio Stefano Boeri Interiors, was developed as a tale in four acts.

“The set designed for Buccellati offers a unique experience: an anthology of ideas, creativity, colours and images. It offers a space and a project for creating new perspectives and new relationships between the producer, the city and the world of design.” Giorgio Donà

After the success at Milan DW22, Buccellati to re-propose the exhibition “Galateo. A Journey into Conviviality” during Miami Art Basel, with a Gala Dinner at the Miami Beach Edition, continuing the collaboration with Stefano Boeri Interiors studio to create a complex structure of reflecting walls in an immersive environment, where the visitor enters an almost intimate relationship with the splendid unique silver pieces of the Maison Buccellati, extraordinarily visible in all their details and angles.
